Pine compatibility

Platnum runs a bounded subset of Pine on two engines; this page lists what each one supports, generated from the code.

Simple scripts run on a fast array engine; anything using blocks, loops, functions or newer indicators runs on a per-bar runtime.
A script that uses something neither engine supports fails with a plain error, not a wrong chart.
