Create trade-only API keys

How to create exchange API keys with only the permissions Platnum needs: read and trade, never withdraw.

Enable read and trade only; leave withdrawals off.
Use a separate key for Platnum so you can revoke it on its own.
If you suspect a leak, revoke the key at the exchange first, then in Platnum.
